The UARK Bowl Events Center

The UARK Bowl, originally built in 1949 as a bowling alley, in 2000 and converted it into a mixed-use residential/commercial facility. The first floor consists of the UARK Bowl, a 12,000 square feet of event, meeting and retail spaces. The second floor consists of 14 high-end condominiums, ranging in size from 1,250 to 2,000 square feet. AMA still owns and manages the UARK Bowl Events Center.
