Groundbreaking For Underwood Plaza On Dickson Street
(Fayetteville, AR - October 2006) Developer Alexander, Merry-Ship & Alt Real Estate Group, Inc., in association with developer Nock Investments, LLC, broke ground at the future Dickson Street site of Underwood Plaza on Friday, October 20, 2006, at 2 p.m. Diplomats from the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce were in attendance.
In addition to original downtown Fayetteville condominium specialists Richard Alexander and Rob Merry-Ship, partners on the project include John Nock, Bill Underwood, Craig Underwood and Ted and Leslie Belden.
Alexander and Merry-Ship have been the premier developers in downtown Fayetteville's revitalization for numerous years.¬ They are noted for several renovation projects including The Inn at Carnall Hall, The UARK Bowl condominiums and events center, The Ozark Theater building and, most recently, the condominium conversion of the former St. Joseph Äôs Catholic Church property in the historic district. At the Forefront: The Recycling of Downtown Fayetteville

Downtown Fayetteville is experiencing a facelifta rebalancing of the past and future with the help of entrepreneur developers Richard Alexander, Rob Merry-Ship and Sheree Alt...known to the public as Alexander, Merry-Ship & Alt Real Estate Group, Inc., or AMA.
On March 11, 2002, AMA opened its door to the public. In just three years, they have garnered the number-sixteen spot on the Arkansas Business Journal's Real Estate firms, with a 64 percent increase in sales volume. With their diverse backgrounds, the partnership has offered an unusual opportunity to vertically integrate services that efficiently serve the Northwest Arkansas area, specializing in downtown condominium sales and development.
